As a founding member of CAP Engineering, Dave Craighead has extensive experience in both Heavy Civil Construction Management and Construction Stormwater Management. Dave is a registered Professional Civil Engineer and a Qualified Storm Water Pollution Plan Developer in the State of California. He has held various positions working on federal and public works projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation, Travis Air Force Base, Caltrans, Bay Area Transit Authority, Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority, and several local municipalities and counties across the state over the past two decades. The construction budgets for these projects ranged from 100k to 50MM. Dave has always pushed to exceed expectations within his various roles on project teams, and this strive for excellence forms the core of CAP
